Dear Win's Trikes & Bikes,

I want to let you know how much I appreciate the attention you have shown me. Your Concern about my satisfaction with my purchases and your updates about available accessories has been on a more personal level than any other dealer I have ever dealt with.

It is very refreshing to be treated as an individual.

Thank you!

My husband has Parkinson's and can not ride a motorcycle. In 2006 he purchased a Valkyrie Trike from Win's Trikes and Bikes, we were so pleased with the service and dependability that a ear and a half later, we purchased a VTX from them and had it triked for myself.

Win and Geri always make you feel at home, they are never to busy to stop and have a laugh or two. You're not just a customer, your a friend by the time you get done.

We have enjoyed meeting many quality people while riding with Win and Geri.

Dear Win,

I'd like to thank you for the excellent service you gave me when I needed an electronic shifter for my bike.

I had a knee replacement last June which meant I could not ride all of last year. This was because I had to have a long rehabilitation due to wounds I had received in Viet Nam. Even after months of therapy the replacement left me unable to turn my foot enough to use the heel toe shifter.

I had about given up hope finding someone to put an electronic shifter on my bike. I had called several dealers and was told everything from "Get rid of that old 1200 Goldwing." to "If you didn't buy it here we'll not work on it,"

Then I was told about you at Win's Trikes & Bikes in Rutland. You were very understanding as I explained my problem. You even had an electronic shifter in stock. The icing on the cake was that you were willing to work with the VA. They had agreed to pay for the adaptive equipment for the bike as they already provided them for my other vehicle. All I had to do was to find someone willing to do the work.. As soon as the paperwork was approved I trailered my Goldwing to you and in less than a week you had it ready.

When I get ready to get a Trike I know you would be the place I would head for.

Again thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to get back on the road again.

Win's Trikes & Bikes,

We have had 2 Honda Goldwings converted to Trikes at Win's Trikes. The workmanship and service are excellent and they are great to deal with. They go out of their way to make you happy and treat you right.

Jerry and I were the owners of the second Trike that Winston built for Motor Trike. We were involved with building the original Trike for Winston's wife Geri and fell in love with the concept of a 3 wheeled motorcycle. Jerry was not comfortable on a regular motorcycle, so this was perfect. After purchasing an 1100 Goldwing and then the Trike kit, Winston and Jerry went to work in Geri's Mother's garage in Barnet. It was exciting and a little scary as the work area was great but a little tricky without a proper set-up for the job. Upon completion, we drove it for a while, loved it and then Jerry decided he wanted a newer bike with reverse on it for easier parking, etc. So, he immediately started searching for a newer and bigger bike. He found a beautiful 1500 Goldwing, bought it, ordered a new kit and he and Winston set up in Rutland for this project. By now, they were getting the hang of it and it went quickly. We took several trips on it including one to Price Edward Island to drive over the newly opened bridge. Whenever we came out of a restaurant or at some other stop, there would be someone lying under it to see how it was put together. A real novelty back then. It handled like a dream and we loved it. Unfortunately, neither one of us did well in the heat and steady sun beating down on us, so we decided to sell it. We still talk about how much fun it was and what a great experience we had with it. We would highly recommend both the Trike method and Winston if you are needing a more stable ride.

My wife and I decided that we wanted to get a trike...We searched the web and came up pretty empty handed as far as local dealers...We made arrangements to go down to Rutland and look over the inventory that was there...I looked at all of the ones that interested me and I chose a 1800 Goldwing with low miles...We came back the next day and purchased the bike...Geri took me for a bit of a test drive as I hadn't really ridden a trike before...After getting used to it I headed for the gas station and she reminded me that it's not a 2-wheel bike and don't get to close to the pump...I never have done  that but I did get very close to a toll booth...

Since we bought the trike we are putting on about 2500 miles a month and enjoying every minute of it...I did have a problem and it was driver error...I parked the bike and knocked the kill switch to off...After calling Win and charging the battery by accident I noticed the problem...I have since bought some optional accessories from Win and had them installed...

He does have an excellent reputation with the dealer and with people I meet on the road...I have been to R.I. and when they saw the trike and my Vermont plate the first question was "did you get it from Win and Geri???" He is known for excellent work and fair prices...

To sum it up I am very happy with my choice of dealers...No high pressure and down to earth people...And I would not hesitate to buy or recommend him to anyone...
